Cyndi Brewer is full of creative energy, as witnessed in her work.  At the early age of six, Cyndi received her first award for her art.  That experience unleashed an interest that has lasted over the last 40 plus years and has won Cyndi numerous awards and honors. 

The versatility of her art keeps it fresh and ever changing.  Each piece speaks to the viewer in a unique, personal way.  Whether a portrait, landscape, or whimsical piece, each celebrates Cyndi’s lifelong desire to imagine, create, and engage the public in her interpretations. 

Cyndi has had the opportunity to live and work in several states.   Before returning to her hometown of Chicago, Cyndi’s last position was with the city of Orange Beach, Alabama where she initiated the opening of the art center and served as its director from 2003 until her departure in September 2007.   Time and commitment to that effort left meager time for art and the voice of her muse could not be ignored.  So once again Cyndi is listening, dreaming, creating.  Gallery representation continues at the Prosperous Pelican on the Gulf Coast.
