Love Bugs
Love Bugs, a photography exhibit by AFAF member, Meredith Schnelle, will be held August 1–29 at the Prairieview Education Center, 2112 Behan Road, Crystal Lake, IL 60014.

Come see the beautiful array of insects that have visited the Meredith's garden, from bees and butterfiles to caterpillars, cicadas and crysalids!

There will be an Artist's Reception on Sunday, August 1, from 1:00–3:00PM. Meet Meredith Schnelle, nature/art photographer, Master Gardener and organic gardener–-with a special interest in native plants. Find out how her cultural practices keep her garden healthy and thriving.

Window

AFAF Member Marjie Krutsch's Stained Glass Window


Marjie Krutsch has completed a stunning stained-glass window she did for the Ingleside United Methodist Church.

This is the first in a set of two windows but there may be more. The church's parishioners are donating the windows which will be used as side windows of the sanctuary.
